Agent Infinite — Terms of Use & Safety Disclaimer

1. Nature of the Service

Agent Infinite provides cognitive interfaces and tooling designed to assist with deterministic reasoning, coding workflows, and AI orchestration. The Agent Infinite "brain" and associated systems are developed with an emphasis on reliability, transparency, and safety-conscious design, and are supported by internal validation and testing.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee

All Agent Infinite software, APIs, documentation, and interfaces are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, complete, suitable for any specific purpose, or safe for deployment in any particular environment.

3. User Responsibility for Verification

Because every user's infrastructure, data, compliance obligations, and risk profile differ, you are solely responsible for independently testing and validating any Agent Infinite component — including the brain, coder interfaces, or generated outputs — in your own isolated testing environment before integrating it into production, operational, safety-related, or high-stakes systems.

You must confirm compatibility, accuracy, and safety to your own standards and organizational requirements. Do not rely on Agent Infinite outputs for decisions or actions where failure could cause harm, loss, or liability without appropriate human oversight and safeguards.

4. Safety-Critical & High-Risk Use

Agent Infinite is not certified for use in safety-critical applications such as medical diagnosis, autonomous vehicle control, aviation, nuclear facilities, weapons systems, or other domains where a malfunction could result in death, injury, or significant property damage. Any such use is entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phase Infinite, Agent Infinite, New Hitter Network, Capitalflow AI, their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Agent Infinite products or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phase Infinite, Agent Infinite, and affiliated entities from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your integration of Agent Infinite into third-party systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All Agent Infinite branding, interfaces, architectures, documentation, and underlying systems are the intellectual property of Phase Infinite and its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary systems without express written permission.

8. External Providers & API Keys

Certain interfaces allow you to connect your own third-party accounts (for example, OpenAI). You are responsible for securing your own API keys, complying with the third party's terms, and paying any charges incurred. Agent Infinite does not store your keys on our servers; they remain in your browser or under your control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Agent Infinite after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
